SecurLOCK Equip lets you control and monitor your Bank Financial debit card usage anywhere, anytime using your mobile phone.  With SecurLOCK Equip you can protect your debit card from fraud by setting alerts and controls to determine how your debit card can be used.  And, if you misplace your card, you can use the app to turn it off …. and then turn it back on when you find it.

Download the SecurLOCK Equip app and enroll.

  • Add card information
  • Go to controls and alerts, setup customer preferences
  • To block a card, log on to SecurLock Equip app and click on the card and turn off.

 

 

Mobile Text Banking allows you to view (B) account balance, (H) transaction history, (L) mobile banking URL, (HE) Help content and (S) disable text banking & alerts.***

***Must sign up for Internet banking prior to setting up Mobile Text Banking.***  

    1. Login at www.farmers24.com
    2. Click Welcome “Your Name”, then click on All Services & Settings
    3. Under Banking Services click on Mobile Management
    4. You will be redirected to the Mobile Management Center
    5. Click “Activate Now” under your cell number
    6. You will receive an activation code from the web page and a text from 96865
    7. Respond to the text with your activation code
    8. Once activation is successful, text the letter C to 96865 for the list of commands

Telephone Banking

Getting Started

To activate your new Telephone Banking service from Farmers State Bank, dial Toll Free 1-877-477-1163.

Choose what type of account to log into:

1.  Checking     2. Savings     3. Loan     4. Certificate     5. IRA

Upon choosing the type of account, you will prompted to enter your account number followed by the primary account holder’s social security and date of birth. Next, enter a new PIN number, which should be any 6-digit number.

Make sure all information is correct.

Once you have gone though the enrollment process you will have the following options to choose from:

1. Checking     2. Savings     3. Loan     4. More Options   0. Representative (Your call will be transferred to the Main Office).

Upon choosing option 4 you will have the following to choose from:

1. Lost or Stolen Card   2. Transfer Funds    3. Order Checks (Your call will be transferred to the Main Office).

4. Change Pin    5. Set Preferences

Click Welcome “Your Name”, then click on All Services & Settings.

Under Quick Links click on View Statements.

Select the account then under Electronic Statement Delivery Status Opt In or Opt Out.
